Trustee Services
Clarity Guardians can be appointed by the person establishing the trust, or by the court. We have provided Trust services in Washington State since 2013. Clarity Guardians stays well informed on all rules, regulations and law revisions to ensure we provide a compliant and effective service for each of our clients.
Power of Attorney
Power of Attorney is helpful for people of any age demographic who want a trusted fiduciary to act when they cannot. Clarity Guardians is equipped to serve as Financial and Medical Power of Attorney. Some clients choose to name Clarity Guardians to act immediately and other clients have named us for the future. Please reach out to learn more about this service.
Court Appointed Guardian
The Clarity Guardians team serves in six different counties as Court Appointed Guardians. This is a legal bond between our agency and an individual who may be at risk of exploitation. Collectively, our agency has served on over 1,000 cases. We also serve in conjunction with the Office of Public Guardians.
Estate Administration
Estate administration occurs after a person has deceased. It is the process of dividing and distributing that person’s assets to their named beneficiaries. Family conflicts are common during what may be a very emotional and difficult time. Many people elect a 3rd party professional service like Clarity Guardians to assist in the administration of the estate to ensure proper completion and reduced stress.

Clarity Guardians has demonstrated a history of success while working with individuals and their families to understand medical and care needs. We can assist in the creation and implementation of a customized care plan.
